The owner, Walt, was very professional and easy to work with. He outlined the project in detail. He provided me with an estimate and kept me informed every step of the process. He came in under budget and ahead of schedule. He offered to take some other unrelated items to the dump for me at no additional charge, A++ It was because of his great service that I contacted him again in the Spring of 2026 when I was reviewing estimates on a new roof for my detached garage. RWS quote was almost a thousand dollars less than his closest competitor. His crew did an excellent job reroofing my building. RWS has completed several projects helping me update my 1987 built residence. RWS renovated my home's primary bath converting plastic tub/shower module to modern tiled walk in shower with glass door, new vanity, new mirrors, and new lighting. RWS completed partial update on guest bath with replacement floor and lighting. RWS replaced two exterior doors and associated framing. RWS also repaired multiple roof flashings and replaced associated wood framing. Most recent work was replacement of several interior overhead lamp fixtures and a complete home pressure-wash. All work was completed on schedule and on budget. Pre-work estimates were comprehensive and held firm. RWS (Walt) kept me 100% informed throughout the projects and remained in close communication with his crew as the work was completed.
